Functions and Responsibilities :
* Manage and optimize IT systems for laboratory instrument integration and data management.
* Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory IT systems in compliance with GxP and other relevant regulations.
* Coordinate external service providers to ensure compliance with quality, performance, and contractual requirements.
* Ensure all systems are validated and meet GxP environment requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
* Identify and resolve system issues to minimize disruption.
* Train and support staff in system use, promoting best practices in a regulated environment.
Profile & Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Informatics, or similar.
* At least 2 years of experience in IT system management in a regulated and validated environment, preferably with a focus on lab data management and archiving in a GxP setting.
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting laboratory IT systems.
* Effective communication skills with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Veeva Quality Docs.
* Knowledge of SCCM packaging, SQL, PowerShell scripting is a plus.
* Understanding of GxP system activities and ITIL processes.
* Stakeholder management and vendor communication skills.
