Job Description:
Job Purpose: Responsible for the effective delivery of our Supply Chain Solutions roadmap through end-to-end implementation of projects and products in Logistics, according to the Supply Chain Solutions ABP. Supports the Director of Supply Chain Solutions and Lead Delivery Owner Logistics with defining roadmaps and evolving Logistics digital tools and applications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Solution Architecture and Delivery: Lead delivery and ownership of BPT solutions in an international environment for CCEP. Interface with stakeholders, support teams, and experts to define, develop, and refine requirements for complex Logistics software solutions. Lead project teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage new technologies. Support strategic planning and ensure the right standards and frameworks are in place for cloud-based Logistics solutions. Manage dependencies and oversee project analysis, planning, execution, and closure.
* Collaboration: Build strong relationships across CCEP, including Business Partners, Architects, Program and Project Teams, Vendors, and other departments. Oversee team setups and project collaborations, promoting CCEP's values. Work within a diverse, global team environment.
Qualifications:
* University Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, business engineering, or a similar field.
* Languages: English (required), plus Spanish, French, or German.
* Experience in Logistics and managing complex IT projects.
* Desirable: Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2) and leadership training.
Experience:
* Minimum 7 years in delivering complex IT projects globally.
* Strong project and change management skills.
* Knowledge of warehouse, transportation management, and equipment control.
* Experience with digital logistics tools and external partners.
* Experience in the consumer products or beverage industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
* Understanding of innovations like autonomous vehicles, AI forecasting, warehouse digital twins, and fleet tracking.
* Knowledge of security and architectural requirements.
* Ability to translate complex requirements into delivery plans.
* Experience in documenting business processes.
