Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, invites an Associate Director for its F&B Department at Jumeirah Mallorca, a boutique resort on the Mediterranean coast.
About the Role
Support daily operations of the F&B division, lead staffing functions, manage inventory and beverage requisitions, monitor guest feedback, and ensure efficient, high‑quality service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Assume the Director’s duties in their absence and support daily operations of the F&B division, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
* Support staffing functions including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, coaching, and handling colleague concerns.
* Oversee inventory, beverage, and store requisitions, collaborating with Outlet Managers and Cost Controller to optimize costs and quality.
* Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficient service and high‑quality standards.
About You
* At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role.
* Proven experience managing teams in luxury hospitality environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Strategic mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
