As a Customer Support, your role is to enhance our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will empower our sales force to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will report to BLM Spain.
1. Administrative and logistic Support BLMs, sales force and customers
2. Ensuring our customer databases are up-to-date and managing order processing seamlessly.
3. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing order updates to build lasting customer relationships.
4. Prepare and distribute order confirmation, invoices and other relevant documents.
5. You will address challenges efficiently through effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free sales process.
6. You will manage the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues that arise to facilitate smooth transactions.
7. Contact factories and distribution centers to obtain certificates of oringin required for exporting
8. Handle exporting orders with factories and arrange export inspections to ensure compliance and successful exportation

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Coslada in Madrid, Spain.
