We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. You will support customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring an excellent service experience while helping customers with their orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and assist new and existing customers
Manage orders, returns, exchanges, and product-related requests efficiently
Provide professional and personalized customer support through phone, email, and other channels
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests
Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
Contribute to customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty

Comfortable working with PC systems and CRM tools

Candidate Profile
C2 level of French
Fluent level of English
Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
