Role Summary : The Vice President, Carrier & Partner role focuses on driving the sales targets of the team and achieving a specified level of contract value for new and incremental business.
You will also collaborate with the leadership team to set strategic directions to enhance operational excellence.
Job Scope : Your daily activities will include maintaining regular contact with internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Service Delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities : Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for the Carrier and Partner business aligned with GTT's monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives.
Assign individual goals and objectives, define performance metrics, monitor sales progress, and report results.
Identify and nurture talent to support GTT's business growth.
Establish and maintain C-Level relationships with key partners.
Develop and oversee quarterly business review processes.
Enhance GTT's visibility and brand recognition within the channel.
Define engagement strategies between GTT and Partner Sales Organization.
Maintain consistent communication with key technology influencers within Carrier & Partners, including Product SMEs and Sales Engineering teams.
Plan and execute Partner recruitment and engagement initiatives.
Create a pipeline of revenue through traditional and innovative partnerships.
Coordinate annual Marketing Sponsorship reviews with the GTT Marketing team.
Develop and implement Partner recognition programs and processes.
Required Experience / Qualifications : At least 5 years in a leadership role within an indirect sales environment.
Over 10 years of experience in connectivity.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong organizational awareness, planning, and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Availability for office hours and travel as required.
