We are looking for an Ancillary Product Analyst to join the Ancillaries Team of our client. In this role, you will apply your analytical expertise and product knowledge to enhance the performance of ancillary products across our e-commerce platforms. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with third-party partners, and deliver data-driven insights that drive business growth and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements:
* Mid-level professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
* Hands-on experience with UX research and A/B testing in the context of online sales.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage data analysis to uncover insights from complex datasets and collaborate across teams to drive business growth.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to gather and analyze market data for strategic decision-making.
* Manage and support relationships with third-party partners to improve product performance.
* Utilize analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and measure the performance of ancillary products and services.
* Conduct UX research to uncover customer needs, preferences, and emerging industry trends.
* Drive improvements in the e-commerce experience (desktop and mobile apps), ensuring ancillary products are presented and sold effectively.
* Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing initiatives to optimize product placements, promotional strategies, and overall user experience.
Team Structure:
* This role is part of the Ancillaries Product Team, reporting directly to the Ancillaries Manager.
* You will work alongside another analyst with similar responsibilities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
