We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager with a generalist mindset and startup grit. This role is all about ensuring our people operations run smoothly—from owning onboarding and contracts to managing day-to-day HR administration, compliance, and benefits.
Experience with employer branding or HRBP-style work is a plus, but not required—you’ll have room to grow into those areas if you’re interested.
Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
~ Handle HR administration (employee records, leave tracking, policy updates).
~ Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to ensure a seamless handover from hiring to onboarding.
~ Own the design, management, and improvement of employee benefits to keep them competitive and aligned with our culture.
~ Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries .
~ Collaborate with leadership on process improvements to make HR more efficient.
~(Optional growth area) Contribute to employer branding initiatives and People & Culture projects.
~(Optional growth area) Act as a HR Business Partner for selected teams.
3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced environment .
~ Proven ability to manage onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration .
~ Strong stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with senior leaders with high standards and a variety of working styles.
~ Nice to have) Experience with employer branding or HRBP responsibilities.
