Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, promoting agile principles and team autonomy. &## ;
Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. &## ;
Identify and remove blockers while driving continuous improvement in workflows and tools. &## ;
Partner with product managers and solution architects to align technical delivery with business goals. &## ;
Requirements ✅&##;
4+ years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master. &## ;
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus. &## ;
Skilled in Jira, Confluence, or similar agile collaboration tools. &## ;
Excellent communicator with strong English proficiency. &## ;
Based in Spain, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to Barcelona or Madrid. &## ;
