We are seeking a profile that combines analytical vision, procurement knowledge, and ESG sensitivity to drive the evolution of our Purchasing organization, both nationally and internationally.
The ESG & Procurement Analyst role responds to the need to continuously adapt and improve procurement processes in line with Rheinmetall Group guidelines. New regulatory demands, market transformation, and supply chain challenges require a profile capable of translating strategy into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement Rheinmetall Group policies, ensuring strategic and operational alignment within the procurement function.
* Transform and analyze procurement data to generate key reports: risk analysis, supplier databases, activity tracking, and savings.
* Collaborate in designing KPIs and reports for procurement and sustainability areas.
* Participate in international working groups and collaborate with other departments on transformation projects.
* Design and implement methods, processes, and tools that contribute to continuous improvement, including ESG compliance and decarbonization objectives.
* Coordinate the deployment of new ESG and Procurement tools (EcoVadis, Carbmee, Ivalua, Beneering...)
* Engage with suppliers to evaluate, monitor, and improve their sustainability performance.

Qualifications Needed
* University degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, or similar.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
* High level of English (B2 / C1). Knowledge of German and/or Italian is valued.
* Ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and work independently.
* Interest in digitalization and sustainability applied to supply chain.
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally (especially in Europe).
* Driving license.
