As a PM/Deployment Manager, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of our Indirect Procurement strategy by enabling the globalisation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensuring the future success of our SAP Ariba and SAP 4Hana Procurement solutions across global operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with expertise in project management, change management, and process optimization to lead impactful initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead the country deployment of P2P processes enabling the next stage SAP Ariba/SAP 4Hana solutions, ensuring alignment with central buying processes and business objectives
2. Author and lead project plans, project status reports, RAID reviews and project status meetings
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, and deliverables effectively
4. Coordinate with Change Champions to drive successful change management initiatives, achieve time-sensitive UAT test and transition plans ensuring transparent communication at all levels
5. Secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes
6. Work closely with process owners to identify and resolve gaps
7. Effectively communicate the benefits and impact of transformation initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
Your Profile
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
9. 5+ years of experience as a PM leading procurement transformation, system implementations, or similar roles with hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions and P2P processes across an international footprint
10. PMP, OCM Certificates (or similar) with experience in PROSCI ADKAR change management tools and methodologies desirable
11. Advanced written and oral English skills
12. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams
14. Process-oriented strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
15. Willingness to travel within Europe and worldwide as needed
