DESTINATION MANAGER - MÁLAGA
Location: Málaga, Spain Position: Full-Time - Permanent contract Start Date: 02/01/2026 Industry: Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Must haves: Strong language skills English and ideally German
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-minded Destination Manager to oversee and develop our travel services as a part of our team located in Málaga City Center.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
As Destination Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our travel groups and suppliers. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver high-quality services, and help shape unforgettable experiences for our clients.
DAILY OPERATIONS:
You will: Manage day-to-day operations for German destinations Oversee accommodation partners and ensure quality standards are met Handle on-site logistics and resolve operational issues Act as Destination Manager in a small team of 6 Ensure high satisfaction and collect feedback to improve services Maintain strong relationships with hotels, activity providers, and transport partners Negotiate rates, review contracts, and monitor service performance Research and onboard new local partners and experiences Prepare operational reports and documentation Monitor booking systems and ensure accurate data entry
With the team you will also: Identify new travel products, excursions, and partner opportunities Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and destination portfolio Stay updated on local trends, events, and tourism developments
Qualifications: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills in English and/or German. Spanish is an advantage Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle pressure Ability to work independently and take initiative
