PWe are looking for a Sourcing Lead for the Americas to build, scale, and manage high-volume sourcing pipelines across the region. /ppbr/ppYou will lead a team of 6 sourcing specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified contributors, while driving sourcing strategy using a data-driven, marketing-oriented approach. /ppbr/ppThis is not a traditional recruiting role. It is a growth-focused position at the intersection of talent sourcing, user acquisition and market intelligence, supporting AI data and localization projects. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities /b /ppb1. Team leadership performance management /b /pulliLead, coach, and develop a team of 6 sourcing specialists /liliSet clear KPIs (volume, conversion rates, efficiency) /liliMonitor performance and ensure accountability /liliBuild a high-output, data-driven team culture /li /ulpbr/ppb2. Own high-volume talent supply /b /pulliBuild and maintain always-on sourcing pipelines /liliDeliver consistent weekly volumes of qualified candidates /liliEnsure long-term scalability (not campaign-based sourcing) /li /ulpbr/ppb3. Growth channel strategy /b /pulliDesign sourcing strategies using a performance marketing mindset /liliIdentify, test, and scale acquisition channels: /liliJob boards /liliCommunities /liliPaid campaigns /liliPartnerships /liliReferral programs /liliOthers /liliOptimize continuously for: /liliCost per acquisition (CPA) /liliConversion rates /liliChannel scalability /liliRun experiments (A/B testing, messaging, targeting) /li /ulpbr/ppb4. Audience market insights /b /pulliAnalyze and segment target audiences across the Americas /liliAdapt sourcing strategies to local behaviors, platforms, and languages /liliApply market research principles to improve targeting and engagement /li /ulpbr/ppb5. Funnel ownership optimization /b /pulliOwn the full funnel: /liliTraffic → Application → Activation /liliIdentify bottlenecks and improve conversion through: /liliMessaging /liliUX /liliLocalization /li /ulpbr/ppb6. Data-driven execution /b /pulliTrack and report on: /liliWeekly candidate volume /liliFunnel conversion rates /liliChannel performance /liliTranslate insights into actionable improvements /li /ulpbr/ppb7.
