Good general standard of education
Mechanic / Electronic / Electrical degree / training
CompTIA A+ of similar experience
Experience in field customer service
Familiar with diagnostic methods
Basic computer skills
Technical / mechanical / electronic experience
Experience with interfacing and integrating of mechatronic machines into software systems like warehouse management and ERP
Experience in industrial communication (Field bus, Ethernet, etc.)
Experience with onsite health and safety
Customer oriented
