Join us as a Senior Business Development Representative

In this role, you will focus on developing a quality pipeline and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC. Your contributions will include:

* Collaborating with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reaching out to new and existing customers to identify revenue opportunities, and developing inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
* Creating and conducting solution demos, collaborative value reviews, and building preliminary business cases. You will develop your sales process and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
* Identifying target accounts and engaging key decision-makers with compelling outreach using your persistent and innovative mindset.
* Learning, participating in global projects, challenging yourself, and being innovative in solving everyday problems.


Required Skills & Experience

* You embrace and embody BMC values daily.
* You are business-aware, curious, and a problem solver.
* You are a great storyteller and can articulate achievements through your experiences.
* If aligned to a specific market in EMEA, fluency in English plus another language is preferred.
