Job Summary
Help compliance department in Barcelona Headquarters to apply certain compliance controls and to keep relevant compliance books and records.
Key Accountabilities
* Apply compliance controls on interactions with healthcare professionals, like Fair Market Value or Conference Vetting system
* Keep up to date compliance risk assessment.
* Keep up to date relevant compliance book and records, like complaints or non-conformities
* Participate in compliance trainings.
* Monitor compliance with applicable legislation by reviewing regulatory requirements, highlighting obligations, and tracking adherence to established deadlines.
* Analyze country compliance models to identify best practices and lead their implementation across other countries.
Networking/Key relationships
Effective communications and relationship with any department, specially, sales, marketing and finance department
Minimum Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or Lifescience-related field.
* Master degree or Postgraduate in Law, Compliance or Audit desirable.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required
