Job description
To support our growing activity in Spain we are looking for a Procurement Assistant. Joining our international team in Madrid and reporting to the Procurement Manager Europe, your main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontracting Contracts, and monitor the validation process until signatures are obtained
- Update and verify information in the management tool (purchase order amounts, invoices, etc.)
- Check invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of supplier and project management documentation
- Support the Procurement Team in managing supplier relationships (Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), distribution of consultation files, information requests, etc.)
- Interface with project teams to provide support and ensure compliance with Procurement procedures
Profile
You have at least 2 years of experience on a similar role in administrative support (Purchasing, or Sales Administration), ideally in the construction sector.
If you are a highly organized individual with strong numerical skills and are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite, you will grow successfully within our company.
Speaking fluently Spanish and English, and French, you enjoy working in multicultural environments.
