Job Title: Luxury Rental Receptionist
We are a consolidated Business Group dedicated to providing services related to Tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations. We are seeking a Luxury Rental Receptionist to be the main liaison between the company and its guests, ensuring a 5-star experience from the first contact.
Job Functions:
* Provide exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, acting as the main point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
* Build long-term relationships with guests.
* Ensure effective communication with other departments and management.
* Respond promptly to all communication across platforms throughout the day.
* Manage bookings from OTAs, direct channels, and agents in our PMS, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Address guest queries and provide unique experiences to convert inquiries into bookings.
* Track and update all leads in the PMS.
* Coordinate the booking process with the administrative team from contract to payment and deposit return.
* Generate and send reports on owner bookings and obtain necessary approvals.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Higher Training in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
* At least 5 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
* Specialized training as a receptionist is a plus.
* Strong relationship-building skills and broad interests.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is advantageous.
* Understanding of Luxury Travel and Travelers.
* Positive, helpful attitude.
* Excellent, adaptable communication skills.
* Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
