This isn't a typical Business Analyst role.
We're looking for someone who sits between requirements, data, testing and defects and makes sure new country and compliance requirements don't break existing systems when they go live.You'll be the person bringing control, traceability and structure across business teams, IT and external vendors.
Reviewing new country / compliance (UBL) requirementsComparing these to how current systems and data work todayMapping data fields across systems to support those changesTurning those gaps into clear test scenarios and test casesCoordinating and running UAT with business usersMaintaining clear traceability between requirements, data changes, test cases and defectsWorking closely with finance, compliance, IT teams and external vendors to get releases safely into production
This is hands-on, detail-focused work, less workshops, more control.
E-invoicing, UBL, compliance or regulatory systemsERP / finance platformsPayments, billing, order management or similar data-heavy systems
Data mapping across systemsOwning UAT, not supporting itWriting test cases from business and data requirementsStrong experience as a BA with heavy involvement in testing and UATPractical experience with data mapping and traceabilityJIRA)Ability to work across business, IT and vendorsComfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environmentsThis is for someone who is comfortable in spreadsheets, test cases, defect logs and making sure releases go live without issues.
You'll take compliance and country requirements, map the data impact, translate that into proper test coverage, and own defects through to production across multiple teams and vendors.
