Through a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for B2C Sales Agents with German and English for an international company in the gaming/iGaming sector expanding its operations in Madrid.

Your Mission
You will be part of a high-performing multicultural team, responsible for developing and growing business in German-speaking markets. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and promote innovative gaming solutions across the iGaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions with German-speaking corporate clients.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with gaming companies, platforms, and strategic partners.
3. Identify new business opportunities in German- and English-speaking markets and convert them into real revenue.
4. Deliver product presentations, demos, and promote gaming / sportsbook solutions tailored to German-speaking clients.
5. Work toward monthly sales targets with an attractive bonus structure.
6. Maintain accurate client records and follow internal CRM and sales processes.
7. Prepare pipeline, forecast, and sales activity reports.
8. Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
9. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple markets in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Requirements
10. Native-level German + fluent English (mandatory).
11. 2–5 years of sales experience (call center, inside sales, B2B, telesales, or customer conversion).
12. Strong negotiation skills and a highly target-driven mindset.
13. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and work with KPIs.
14. Commercially minded, proactive, independent, and highly motivated to exceed targets.
15. Availability to work 100% onsite in Madrid City Centre .
Preferred
16. Experience in gaming, iGaming, technology, SaaS, or digital entertainment.
17. Knowledge of European and international markets, multicultural experience.
18. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
