1. Responsible for the on-site installation of the 3S products: Lifts, Climb Auto System, Climb assist.
2. Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products.
3. Attend customer sites to deal with faults as instructed by the company.
4. Refining and writing product guidelines
5. Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals.
6. Preparation of Product maintenance reports
7. Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes
8. Development of improvement measures to address common product issues
9. Support sales with technical clarification. xsgfvud
10. Daily management of the warehouse, identification and dispatch of parts.
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant work experience, with experience in mechanical installation and basic electrical knowledge
Proficient in the use of office software
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to adapt to short-term travel
Fluent in English and local language (Spanish, Greek, Turkish...)
