As Program Lead you will drive the hospital treatment pathway program leveraging the SAPIEN platform to address capacity bottlenecks and improve patient care across Europe. You will lead integration of offerings into a single, high-impact program and guide its strategic development with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage external and internal communications and maintain alignment with hospital partners, field teams, and leadership. This role combines strategy, program management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable growth for Edwards THV programs.

• Lead the development and deployment of the hospital treatment pathway program to address capacity bottlenecks and enhance patient treatment.
• Evolve and test the program, aligning it with broader Edwards THV strategic pillars and growth goals.
• Design and adjust program evolution and strategic development plans for the future.
• Ensure effective external communications to program faculty, target hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal communications and training with field teams, marketing partners, and company leadership.
• Manage relationships with program faculty to maintain alignment and adapt to changing patient care contexts in Europe.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with a strong program management component
• 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree
• Experience in strategy, hospital program management, or healthcare settings (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospitals)
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and HCPs
• Experience in Global/Regional/Local marketing environments
• Proven track record in marketing, business, or strategic initiatives with large or multiple programs and influencing outcomes
• Strong analytical and project management skills with execution leadership
• Fluent in English; xpzdshu several European languages preferred
• Experience in program development and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to represent leadership and align messaging with cross-functional teams and upper management
• Compliance with company policies and safety protocols
• Travel up to 40% (domestic and international)
