This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer toys will make you a competitive candidate. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.ResponsibilitiesAct as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operationsProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaintsTrain and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targetsClosely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishmentControl stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shopliftingOwn visual merchandising.
