Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an HR Associate Specialist within our HR Operations Team for Germany and Luxemburg.
- Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxemburg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
- Keep contact with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
- Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
- Actively participate in general and local HR projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Native or Proficient in German.
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
- Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.
- MS Office required.
- Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.
