Mission
To become the go-to colleague for finance and strategy topics: connect commercial leaders to the financial insights that help guide decision making to build a growing, profitable, and sustainable business. Act as a thought partner to provide unique analysis of new project opportunities and shape the long‑term strategic direction of one of Glovo’s fastest growing business lines.
Responsibilities
* Be part of the Integral Q‑Commerce Finance & Strategy team, reporting to the Q‑Commerce Head of Finance & Strategy and working with 1‑2 colleagues across sub‑verticals.
* Collaborate with directors and heads of the Q‑Commerce team to develop profitability and value‑added analysis.
* Implement best practices identified in one market to others, creating roll‑out plans to improve global performance.
* Take ownership of monthly reporting and controlling functions from HQ, challenging local teams to meet targets.
* Manage the Business Plan (and reforecast) process.
* Deal with many stakeholders at HQ and international level.
* Work closely with the Global Finance Teams to resolve day‑to‑day topics.
* Be proactive in improving implemented processes.
Qualifications
* Empathetic, inclusive and curious.
* Degree in Business or Economics, or another business‑related background with substantial post‑graduate experience.
* Over 3 years of relevant experience in audit, finance, consultancy or customer experience (plus).
* Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets.
* Proactive and willing to engage in uncomfortable discussions.
* Strong commitment to timely delivery.
* Strong oral communication skills.
