Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe UKG Pro WFM Solution Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering expert-level consulting services in the implementation, optimization, and support of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions within the UKG Pro platform. This role ensures that clients achieve operational excellence through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and time management solutions tailored to their business needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. /li liProvide expert guidance on best practices in workforce planning, time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance. /li liCollaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective WFM solutions. /li liConduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams. /li liSupport presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal development. /li liTroubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations. /li liEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. /li liStay current with UKG Pro product updates and industry trends in workforce management. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. /li li5+ years of experience in WFM solution consulting. /li liStrong understanding of workforce planning, time tracking, scheduling, and compliance requirements. /li liProven experience in leading client engagements and delivering complex WFM projects. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liProficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCertification in UKG Pro WFM. /li liExperience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare. /li liFamiliarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware). /li liKnowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
