Job Title: Creative Studio Manager

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all content requirements flow efficiently through the creative team. The role will work across the full portfolio of brands within the company. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand what projects are coming up and plan creative team resources accordingly.
Must have a keen eye for design, a creative passion and know how to embody a brand and ensure content is created according to the brand's aesthetics
Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite, studio photography and retouching
Proven resourcing and design traffic management across multiple brands
Impeccable attention to detail, forward planning skills and problem-solving all with a positive outlook
Copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent verbal and written English skills is essential
Knowledge of, interest or experience in the music industry
Creating and maintaining clear briefing templates and processes, for all brand leads / MM’s / SMM’s to complete when creative content is required
Ensuring the successful delivery of all creative work through day-to-day co-ordination of creative team members, monitoring workloads, making sure teams are clear on requirements, priorities, and timelines for each project
Providing timely communication with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations, and sharing project updates
Monitor projects and workloads based on occasionally changing priorities and adjust accordingly
Assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
Success in this role will be seen in the increased efficiency of the creative content briefing and creation process, that content created meets the brief and is on time and the creative team are clear on their responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.

Checking every piece of content meets the brief and has been copy checked ahead of being sent to stakeholders
You will have the ability to work effectively to help deliver projects to the deadline.
You will be able to prioritise and adapt, multi-task effectively, juggle numerous projects and switch planning where required due to the reactive nature of the business
