Position
We are looking for a Key Account Manager, based in Sevilla (Andalucía).
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management: Manage top accounts in Andalucía, ensuring the implementation of plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
* 5Ps Strategy: Deploy the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) tailored by channel and customer type, including supermarkets, wholesalers, and Cash & Carry accounts.
* Promotion Execution: Manage promotion execution and conditions for buying groups like IFA and EMD.
* Strategic Planning: Develop long-term plans for each customer to identify trends and opportunities.
* Demand Planning Support: Provide insights on customer perspectives and promotional calendars for demand forecasting.
* Efficient Product Distribution: Ensure effective distribution of Colgate’s products.
Additional Duties
* Achieve sales, volume, and share of market targets through excellent execution of the 5P plan.
* Develop and implement customer plans aligned with financial and 5P objectives.
* Conduct negotiations and tariff implementations, ensuring pricing success and compliance.
* Implement promotional plans effectively to maximize sales returns.
* Participate in Customer Business Planning (ATLAS) to review and refine plans.
* Perform promotional analyses to identify optimal promotion strategies.
* Maintain deep knowledge of customers, categories, shoppers, and competitors.
* Build strong relationships within customer organizations.
* Conduct store visits to identify sales opportunities.
* Use category management tools and shopper insights to develop customer recommendations.
* Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies using data and strategic thinking.
Knowledge and Skills
* Minimum 4+ years of experience managing diverse customer types.
* Proven negotiation skills and successful contract closure.
* Results-driven with strong trade understanding and relationship skills.
* Deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and strategic application.
* Ability to customize retail strategies aligned with customer needs.
* Understanding of financial and supply chain implications.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel 50% within Andalucía.
