What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience, eager to grow in an international sports environment. You’ll join the leading global manufacturer of padel courts, present in more than 75 countries.
What you'll do
Coordinate PR initiatives, press materials, media lists and agency communication Support offline brand communication and corporate materials (catalogues, brochures, manuals, merchandising) Lead logistics, planning and execution of international events (tournaments, trade shows, sales meetings, activations) Manage and support sponsorship activation with athletes, partners and ambassadors Collaborate with general partners (Wilson, federations, organisers…) on brand-related projects Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints Support basic content needs (photos, event assets) when required
Prepare and update all sales and marketing materials for distributors and the commercial team
Job Requirements
2–3 years experience in PR, communication, events, sports marketing or sponsorship activation Experience coordinating events or brand activations (trade shows, tournaments, sports events) Experience working with press, agencies or media Strong organisational and project management skills High level of English (C1–C2) Proactive, energetic, structured and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment Experience in sports industry is a strong plus
