Responsibilities
Lead software architecture and development processes, working closely with internal engineers and external partners.
Coordinate hardware‐related tasks: connector configurations, component specifications (e.g., PINOUT, FDSCM), and production readiness.
Support lifecycle management to ensure durability and regulatory compliance of ECU solutions.
Monitor software integration, ensuring optimal performance (ROM, RAM, CPU usage) and compliance with QCDP standards.
Design and implement new ECU functionalities, meeting key milestones and performance targets.
Oversee end‐to‐end validation of system and functional software, resolving cross‐functional issues and ensuring interface compatibility.
Manage supplier interactions, assess risks, and evaluate deviations from baseline specifications to maintain project integrity.
Take full ownership of the ECU development lifecycle, aligning technical deliverables with program timelines, regulations, and strategic goals.
What We Value
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive software development (5+ years highly preferred).
Detail‐oriented and reliable, with a strong track record in engineering environments.
Self‐driven, adaptable, and confident in decision‐making within dynamic technical settings.
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; advanced studies in Automotive Engineering, Embedded Electronics, or Software Development are highly desirable.
Solid understanding of thermal powertrain systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
