Position: Sales Manager in Malaga (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges to support sales opportunities.
* Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
* Stay current on developments in client services and market trends, and inform the team accordingly.
* Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
* Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic relationships.
* Ensure the team understands and achieves operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets.
* Coordinate team incentives and sales performance incentives.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications

* Bilingual or proficient in Danish and advanced in English.
* 5+ years of proven sales experience.
* Passion for customer experience and team results.
* Experience in operations, strategy building, and coaching.
* Proven record of developing and retaining employees.
* Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Problem-solving skills as a manager.
