For Financial Services roles, preference will be given to candidates with experience in private equity, asset management, insurance, or banking.
As a Manager in the downtown Toronto office, you will play a key role in coordinating teams to deliver excellent consultative solutions to clients. Success will depend on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying new opportunities for additional tax services and innovative revenue-generating products.
As a Senior Manager in the downtown Toronto office, you will leverage your taxation expertise to assist domestic and international corporate clients. You will lead fieldwork engagements, manage staff, and liaise with senior client management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively present relevant tax ideas to clients using our Client Service Matrix program.
2. Plan, organize, and execute engagements, including structuring corporate investments, developing acquisition strategies, and ensuring tax compliance.
3. Establish yourself as a trusted business advisor by providing valued tax advice, applying business, economic, and market knowledge, and understanding legal and regulatory impacts.
4. Mentor and counsel tax professionals, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
