MissionThe Personal Care Marketing Manager’s main objective is to develop and advance the Personal Care category, providing full support to the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to achieve its growth potential.
The candidate will proactively develop business initiatives, share expertise on the Personal Care industry, and understand key brands’ marketing strategies across markets, keeping abreast of trends, technologies, and consumer insights.
The role involves bringing fragrance expertise to client brands and growing Eurofragance’s business by identifying product and fragrance opportunities. Managing regional (EAT region) and international projects will involve collaboration with sales, perfumers, R&D, and participation in the Global Business Unit Core Team.
Functions
Partner with sales teams on client initiatives, preparing concepts and innovative presentations aligned with global marketing strategies.
Guide fragrance development teams on initiatives and development for key projects.
Contribute to the global marketing team’s vision by developing proactive marketing tools such as Category Reviews, Promo Kits, and Trend Presentations.
Create analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies, collaborating with R&D, Evaluation, and Branding teams.
Monitor market dynamics, product portfolios, and consumer behavior to inform strategies.
Coordinate with subsidiaries’ marketing and product development teams for effective deployment of marketing capabilities at events and visits.
Identify and promote product and fragrance opportunities to catalyze growth in the EAT business.
Build a deep understanding of markets, consumers, and cross-category insights for assigned geographies.
Work with sales teams to strengthen client relationships and provide insightful fragrance solutions.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2C FMCG Personal Care or B2B fragrance industry, with strong technical knowledge.
Solid understanding of the fragrance industry and key personal care categories like shower gels, shampoos, and skin care.
Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases, proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and digital technologies.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Languages:
Proficient in English;
Spanish and French are desirable.
