EU Labour Planning team provides central guidance and projections for weekly planning, translating strategic questions into projects, and identifying stakeholder requirements. The Analyst - Labour Planning develops insights from historical data, shares findings with senior leadership, and designs scalable long-term strategic plans. The role involves driving cross-functional projects to improve planning processes and identify opportunities.
To succeed as an Analyst in the EU AMZL Labour Planning team, you should have deep domain expertise in last mile delivery operations, balancing short-term responses with long-term goals, and ensuring regional standardization. You must solve ambiguous problems using data, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and own the implementation of solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and test hypotheses.
* Passion for translating data into actionable insights.
