Your RoleManaged Services is all about enabling IT as consumable, well‐defined services. As a Product Manager for Hybrid Cloud Managed Services, you are responsible for supporting sales in each country with a clear, competitive and scalable Hybrid Cloud offering.
Your role is key for the evolution of Atea's managed services portfolio and for establishing Atea as a trusted long‐term operating partner for hybrid IT environments. You will work in close cooperation with both the sales and operations organizations, ensuring that our Hybrid Cloud services are easy to understand, easy to sell and easy to operate.
As a Product Manager, your mission is to translate complex hybrid infrastructure capabilities into clear customer value –through service design, positioning, lifecycle management, training and sales enablement.
In this role we expect you to support the sales organizations in the countries. Your main tasks are to ensure they are trained, confident and able to position Hybrid Cloud Managed Services in customer dialogues. Responsibilities
Own and evolve AMS's Datacenter Managed Services portfolio across OS, Databases and VDI
Act as a key resource for hybrid platform services across on-prem, hyperscalers and Atea datacenters
Define service structure, scope, value propositions and lifecycle
Package and position services together with key stakeholders and GTM teams
Drive internal enablement through training, presentations and sales support
Collaborate with sales and operations to optimize revenue, margins and customer experience
Monitor market trends, customer demands and the competitive landscape
What we are looking for
Experience with datacenter-centric services like OS, Databases and VDI
Commercial background in managed infrastructure or hybrid cloud services
Strong understanding of datacenter operations and hybrid IT delivery models
Ability to translate technical capabilities (availability, security, automation, SLAs) into business value
Experience working with both sales and operations in a multi-country setup
Skilled in impacting business through other people
