The HR Generalist will support the Renishaw EMEA team to provide general HR support and implement a wide range of different projects across the EMEA region, which consists of 18 countries, representing an active asset for the success of the region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the reference person for any HR-related matters for the designated subsidiaries under their scope.
* Participate in the implementation of new projects to be deployed in EMEA, in line with corporate ones.
* Collaborate in the execution and follow-up of existing projects in the region.
* Manage data and analysis to help make informed decisions.
* Ensure compliance within HR.
* Bring visibility to the HR field in EMEA.
Detailed Duties:
Talent & Development:
* Support the implementation of the talent strategy by participating in key areas such as Performance Review, Talent Assessment, Succession Plan, Career Path, and Recruitment.
CSR & EDI:
* Participate in the implementation of projects related to Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, and other CSR initiatives.
HR Administration:
* Undertake HR administrative tasks related to compliance and labour legislation.
* Support in various administrative tasks.
Engagement:
* Oversee all EMEA onboarding processes to ensure they are correctly covered.
* E nsure all required steps are fulfilled to provide a smooth welcome to newcomers.
Communication:
* Collaborate in the creation of the HR Newsletter.
* Support the enhancement of HR communications.
Operational:
* Collaborate with the HRIS team in implementing new functionalities.
* Ensure the correct functionality of implemented modules.
HR Efficiency:
* Identify HR processes that can be upgraded or automated.
* Support data analysis of reports and surveys.
Requirements:
* University degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations, or similar.
* Master's Degree in HR would be highly valued.
* Minimum of 2-year experience in HR generalist role.
* Functional knowledge in general HR competencies and processes.
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working abroad or with international teams.
* Flexibility to work in diverse cultures and environments.
* Ability to influence and build relationships across stakeholders.
* Proactivity and ability to work autonomously.
* Results-oriented and focused on objectives.
* Attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Spanish or any other European language of the region would be a plus.
* Flexibility to travel across the area.
