Requirements:
— Proven experience in sales management.
— Experience in video production.
— Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
— Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
— Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
— Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
— Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
— High level of self-motivation, goal-oriented, and a results-driven mindset.
— Strong organizational and time management skills.
— Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
— Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
— Actively search for and attract new clients (B2B/B2C) in domestic and international markets.
— Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base.
— Conduct negotiations and present the company's services/products to potential clients.
— Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
— Prepare commercial offers, sign contracts, and oversee their execution.
— Use CRM systems to manage client accounts and sales deals.
— Meet monthly sales targets and report to management.
— Analyze the market and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
— Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other business development events.
