As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as Product Manager for Treasury and Ledgers you will be responsible for the performance and robustness of financial reporting within the business, for both new and existing products.**Responsibilities**:You will be responsible for:- Collaborating on product strategy for Treasury and Ledgers, including the financial reporting for both internal and external repositories- Managing end to end delivery of new initiatives within Treasury and Ledgers as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes- Keeping up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in Treasury and Ledgers, which will drive your product decisions- Supporting in product commercialisation, including proposition development, business case development, stakeholder training and creation of content (marketing collateral)- Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results- Communicating product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes- Working collaboratively with Technology, Finance, Treasury and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the market, industry and regulatory trends in Finance and Accounting, and taking decisions based on this knowledge**Expectations**:You will have:- A deep understanding on the end to end financial accounting flow, from transactional environment into accurate valuation reporting- The necessary creative proactivity to define and require what capabilities are required by the end user, such as a Reconciliation GUI- A strong focus on the client, and an ability to make commercial and business decisions based on client feedback- Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders- Strong organisational and project management skills, which includes the coordination of a wide variety of profiles whose domain knowledge and areas of expertise are significantly different- A minimum of 5 years working in an accounting role in a large corporate organisation or bank- A minimum of 2 years product management experience, in a Product Owner or Product Manager role- Successful delivery of product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation- Domain knowledge in Finance, including Treasury, Accounting and Financial reporting- A high level of organisational and project management skill- Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distil a problem into its component partsNice to have- Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment- Experience working with Technology teams, understanding their processes and aligning their tasks with the company requirements- Experience using JiraLI-JC1**About Us****Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.**Founded in 2009, we are headquartered in London and have more than 1300 staff with a presence in more than 20 countries worldwide.
