Camino Search are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting for a global IT Services firm. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision‑making at Group level across several international entities.
As well as reporting ownership, you will be supporting the Group CFO with refining controls and processes, as well as refining the use of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
* Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
* Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
* Oversee treasury function and cash management
* Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reporting
* Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and commentary
* Support key finance transformation initiatives
* Support ERP implementation
* Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders
About You:
* Qualified accountant, practice preferred
* Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
* Proven background in group reporting within a multi‑entity environment
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Confident communicator with strong leadership capability
