We are actively looking for an Agency Account Manager working remote or in our office in Barcelona.
The right candidate would be someone who’s a team player and can work independently, a self-motivated experienced individual from a job board and / or recruitment sales environment, and fluent in English & French.
What you’ll do :
* Organize and lead client’s presentations both on the phone and face to face
* Direct and Indirect Sales through phone and face to face to our potential clients
* Monitor, support and up-sell clients
* Provide campaign optimizations by analyzing performance and reviewing data
* Tweak campaigns based on data analysis to meet client needs
* Manage strategic partnerships with advertising agencies
* Work directly with all levels of decision makers at agencies from C-level to analysts
* Coordinate with the Talent.com internal teams to optimize opportunity and grow the business
What you bring :
* You have 1+ years’ experience in the same or similar role
* You have a proven track record of winning and upselling business with a consultative selling approach
* You effectively develop a sales strategy for your client portfolio
* You feel comfortable presenting at senior level
* You naturally build rapport and strong relationships
* You have excellent analytical skills
* You can make the data tell a story
* You take ownership of accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually
* You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent in sales experience)
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You speak English and French fluently. Any other European languages is a plus
