Product Owner / Business Analyst - 100% Remote, Spain

We are looking for creative and dynamic professionals with real experience delivering digital products working with agile methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks).
Profiles
* A consultant profile with a business-oriented background, experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst under Agile framework, focused on backlog & stakeholder management.
* A consultant profile with a technical background, who can understand the way architecture teams work and has strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, models and use cases.
We manage global transformation projects in large clients, providing solutions based on Enterprise Strategy and Transformation, which give our professionals an E2E vision of the projects in which they participate.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience as digital Product Owner, working with agile frameworks.
* Certifications inherent to Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking).
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.
* Previous professional experience in product backlog priorization techniques.
* Previous professional experience in the definition of suitable KPIs related to the product outcomes and team predictability (lead‑time from idea to an available feature, cycle time for valuating ideas, or customer satisfaction rates…).
* Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Intermediate English level (B2) (Advanced level desirable).
Highly valuable skills
* Valuable real experience in other frameworks such as Lean, Design Thinking, Change Management, OKRs.
* Valuable MBA or Master related to Digital Transformation processes.
* Real scaling experience applying Agile frameworks.
* International experience is a plus.
