About the Role:
To build strong trading partnerships with Key Account Customers and to represent Almarai for all categories and Business Units. To maximise sales and profit in Key Accounts by managing LTA spend, listing of products, analysing sales performance, visiting markets, surveying customer satisfactions, increasing in store space and visibility. Planning and managing promotional activities in coordination with Business Units and marketing teams and implementing through regional sales teams.
Area of respnsibilty:
Manage LTA contracts and funds to reduce spend and maximize sales and profitability.
List all new NPDs timely and ensure updated products in the retail database to ensure availability and correct pricing.
Negotiate LTA space, payment agreements, rebates, and promotions to secure the most efficient trading terms.
Optimize space agreements to maximize visibility.
Plan and execute promotional activities to counter competitor actions and increase Almarai purchases.
Maintain customer relationships to build profitable business through continuous communication.
Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to improve service.
Visit customer markets to explore opportunities and gauge market pulse.
Manage implementation of each business unit's trade plans in coordination with Category Trade Marketing Managers.
Effectively use and implement display rentals to maximize market investments.
Ensure in-store promotions are carried out per company policy, focusing on promotion efficiency, calendar, and ROI.
Maintain good internal and external customer relations.
Execute planogramming in line with customer specifications and performance.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Minimum 5 years of key account management and/or trade marketing experience in a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East
Proven track record of delivering results in competitive environments
Experience managing international key accounts, including at least 2 years as a sales manager
3 to 5 years of experience in sales management in FMCG
At least 3 years of marketing experience preferred
