Remote Software / Application Support (SQL) – Healthcare Software

Your role :
* Support our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
* Act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, resolving application issues (including scripting & queries), and escalating when necessary.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, prioritization, and product training.
* Provide quality documentation, reporting, and share your expertise with colleagues.
* This role offers the flexibility to work from home.
You’re right for this role if :
* You have a technical background with experience in Application/Software Support, preferably in healthcare, or are willing to learn clinical solutions.
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, medical informatics, or equivalent.
* Your technical skills include Windows Server, SQL Server 2012+, networking, and ideally HL7, FHIR, with an understanding of clinical workflows.
* You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* You demonstrate reliability, commitment, confidence, and teamwork skills.
* You are fluent in Spanish & English.
