Responsibilities
- Grow retail client and influencer/KOL/affiliate communities and revenue for KuCoin EU within EEA.
- Create own business plans, including market sizing, target segments and revenue forecasts and manage own KPIs.
- Manage content, channels, campaigns and events to reach clients and influencers, with exceptional ability to convert leads into active users and trading volume.
- Convert client feedback to new product offerings, onboard clients and help them solve problems.
- Monitor clients' trading behaviour and statistics, and give instant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Represent KuCoin EU at industry conferences.
- Work closely with internal teams to share intelligence and maximise revenue for KuCoin by working as a team.
Competency
- At least 3 years of digital asset experience, ideally at digital asset exchanges.
- Experience in new business development with an existing book of influencers/KOLs/affiliates/traders.
- Demonstrable track record in signing up new clients/influencers and growing revenue in a short period of time.
- Strong communications skills internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to find trends in data and use data to tell stories.
- Passionate, proactive, curious and eager to learn and to help others.
- Client-first and commercial mentality.
- Sound judgement as regards to what can and cannot be done within regulatory boundaries.
- Can-do attitude and problem solving with creativity
- Courage to bring change and ability to navigate organisational complexity to achieve results.

- Cultural sensitivity in dealing with integral clients and colleagues.
Other Consideration
It will be a plus to speak at least one European language, beyond English, especially German, French, Dutch, Spanish and Polish.
