Responsibilities
* Stock Availability Management : Ensure the right stock is in the right place by monitoring daily plans vs. forecasts, enabling smooth shipping from distribution centers to customers.
* Inventory Optimization (DOH) : Keep inventory levels aligned with targets; identify deviations and implement corrective action plans.
* Risk Monitoring & Obsolescence Prevention : Track stock evolution to avoid out-of-stocks, overstock, obsolescence, and process exceptions.
* DRP Parameter Management : Set up, maintain, and resolve exceptions in planning systems (SAP / JDA) across different levels.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with demand planning, category planning, DC managers, and central warehouse logistics to ensure alignment.
* Analysis & Continuous Improvement : Conduct root cause analysis, maintain key operational reports (STO, DOH, obsoletes), support improvement projects, and act as a backup for fellow planners.
Qualifications
* Master / bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Business Engineering or Economic Sciences
* Experience in logistics, supply chain or demand planning
* Good working knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel.
* Proactivity and initiative with a problem-solving mindset
* Good communication skills, easily integrates in a dynamic team
* Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
