We are looking for a creative and organized professional to join as Student Experience Content & Events Officer. This role will strengthen student communication and engagement, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and impactful across multiple channels.

In addition to supporting the Student Experience team, the officer will collaborate with the Academic Department on specific communication initiatives and campaigns, helping improve how information reaches and resonates with students.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and manage content for Student Experience channels (weekly agenda, sports social media, EU App, event materials, etc.).
* Ensure clear, engaging, and visually appealing communication for students.
* Support the Academic Department with punctual campaigns and communications.
* Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all messages.
* Collaborate with the Communications Department to ensure brand alignment.
* Assist with the planning, promotion, and on-site delivery of student events and campaigns.
Profile
* Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience in content creation and internal communication.
* Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills.
* Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Active Campaign, Adobe Suite, social media).
* Experience in event support or community initiatives (education is a plus).
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for improving student communication and experience.
* Good level of spoken and written English.
