From DOPP Executive Search, we are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join the Marketing area of a company within the FMCG – Food sector.
Reporting directly to the Group Brand Manager, the main mission of the role will be to support the management, development and execution of brand strategy, contributing to sustainable business growth, strengthening brand positioning and improving profitability, while ensuring excellent execution of the defined strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Management and Development: Provide direct support to the Group Brand Manager in the daily management of brands, contributing to positioning development and strategic follow-up.
* Execution of Marketing Plans and 360° Campaigns: Develop and adapt marketing materials (packaging, POS materials, digital creatives, product sheets) and support the implementation of campaigns across TV, point of sale and digital channels.
* Market and Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of Nielsen data (market share, distribution, penetration, rotation and channel evolution), monitor key KPIs (sales, margin, promotional ROI, advertising investment, promotional elasticity) and prepare reports to support decision-making.
* Agency Coordination: Manage day-to-day operational coordination with creative, digital and media agencies, ensuring campaign performance monitoring and optimization.
* Product Launches and Promotional Activations: Support the development and execution of new product launches and line extensions, define and monitor promotional plans, analyze results and assist in preparing commercial arguments for the sales team.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Quality to ensure proper execution of brand plans.
* Digital Initiatives: Coordinate social media content in collaboration with agencies, monitor digital KPIs and identify digital trends and activation opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
* University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in Assistant Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager or similar roles, preferably within FMCG, ideally in the food or beverage sector.
* Experience in 360° marketing plan execution, agency coordination and market/performance analysis.
* Fluent English (both written and spoken).
* Analytical, well-organized and results-driven professional with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
