As a Prime Business Analyst in the Prime Analytics team, you will generate data-driven insights to inform the Prime strategy and translate them into actionable improvements. You will own data from the business side, build dashboards, and collaborate with data engineering, data science, product, and marketing to drive key projects. This hybrid Barcelona role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional delivery to shape the Prime program’s profitability and benefits. You’ll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment powered by an AI platform that personalizes the travel experience.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Generate business insights from data analysis to inform the Prime roadmap
• Be the data entry point for the business and own the database from the business side
• Gather data, understand business needs, and present insights to support decisions
• Elaborate business cases for strategic product decisions (e.g., benefits in the program, profitability of free-trial)
• Create dashboards and tracking using internal BI tools to monitor KPIs
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data
• Contribute to delivery of Prime strategic projects, supporting progress and outcomes
• Work with product and Marketing to execute projects from an analytical/business perspective
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in quantitative discipline
• Experience in a role with strong analytical component (advantage)
• SQL knowledge and experience with databases and large datasets xpzdshu
• Experience with Google Data Studio
• Advanced Office skills; strong Google toolset (Sheets, Docs)
• Strong analytical skills, fast learner, detail-oriented, results-focused
• Self-starter and team player with a collaborative mindset
• Business proficiency in English
