MISSION
This is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), aiming to encourage clients to connect to our API. The role includes generating new business leads, account management, and maintaining relationships at all management levels. The focus is on clients such as tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on acquiring new business.
* Achieve sales targets individually and as part of a team.
* Engage regularly with existing clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings; some travel may be required for client visits.
* Close new sales opportunities continuously.
* Coordinate effectively with Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure optimal client experience.
* Follow up closely with targeted clients from registration to booking.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
* Plan meetings and visits; analyze relevant data.
* Gather client feedback and communicate improvements to the head office.
* Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Update CRM system daily.
* Implement company strategies through execution of directives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry; API knowledge is preferred. An excellent sales record can compensate for less experience.
* Strong market contacts at all levels.
* Target-driven and results-oriented.
* Understanding of technology and online distribution channels.
* Excellent communication skills for interaction at all levels.
* Resourceful with strong organizational skills.
* Self-motivated and dynamic.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* All communications will adhere to strict confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
