Position Summary

You will provide technical packaging expertise across multiple regions. You will lead pack design, troubleshooting, and change delivery for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. You will work closely with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and suppliers. We value people who are curious, practical, collaborative and focused on delivering safe, high-quality results. Responsibilities
* Lead technical pack design and specification for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging to enable reliable packaging supply.
* Drive packaging activities for New Product Introductions, transfers and major pack changes, including Pack Testing qualification and line trial support.
* Create and maintain component drawings, specifications, and associated technical documentation.
* Work with suppliers and procurement to evaluate component options, cost and sustainability opportunities.
* Support compliance activities, including packaging-related investigations, CAPAs, inspections and technical risk assessments.
Basic Qualification
* University degree in Engineering, Science, Packaging Technology or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years’ experience in packaging development or in technical packaging in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with pack design for primary, secondary or tertiary packaging and familiarity with component specifications.
* Good knowledge of Packaging processes.
* Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualification
* Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments and knowledge of good manufacturing practice.
* Experience with artwork management, printing processes or serialization/track and trace concepts.
* Project management experience and familiarity with planning tools.
* Knowledge of packaging materials, conversion processes and testing methods.
* Experience working with suppliers and managing supplier change proposals.
* Ability to build network across the organization and influence key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Demonstrate the right behaviours of working across boundaries and ability to perform in a cross functional, cross regional and culturally diverse team.
Working model

This role is on-site in Spain, with occasional hybrid working where business needs allow.
